Rosanne Simunovic utilizes the traditional bel canto method of vocal development, as it allows and encourages the developmental process to unfold in a very natural, yet secure, method of singing that can applied to all genres of music.

Can you give me an example of vocal artists who best personify the method of singing with true bel canto style?
In the classical genre of music, internationally renowned mezzo-soprano, Cecilia Bartoli, is probably the closest role model for the purity and control that comes from this style of singing. She is a living legend and her technical skills are unsurpassed in this genre of music.
Rising classical soprano, Maghan Stewart, has remarkably emulated the bel canto method and this has allowed her to achieve stellar reviews from her enviable array of vocal performances.
In the pop genre of music, Celine Dion, Michael Buble, the late Frank Sinatra, rising stars Matt Humphreys and Kalan Porter and more have emulated this superb style of singing.
Additionally, a countless number of Broadway artists, including former HSS singer, J.P. Thibodeau, have securely equipped themselves with this technical method.
In the genre of cabaret music, Patricia O’Callaghan and Anne Sofie Van Otter have utilized the bel canto style and this has allowed them to seamlessly transfer their vocal gifts from classical to pop to jazz.
How expensive are voice lessons should I decide to study with Rosanne Simunovic?
Presently, lesson fees are $20.00 per half hour session, $30.00. for a 45 minute session and $40.00 for a 60 minute session. There are three terms of lessons with approximately 10 lessons per term. The students register and pay their entire fee at the beginning of each Term.

Hi Rosanne,
Great website! Thanks for putting the kids picture and article on it!! Wanted to let you know that Julia made the preliminary rounds for the CNE Junior Rising Star Contest. With the DVD submission they picked 52 performers (I believe it said that the first 300 submissions would be accepted) and they will perform on four different nights. From there, there will be semi-finals and then finals. Julia is performing on the first night Aug 20th with 12 others!! Nine vocals and four dancers!! So we have the CD’s with us, as we are in Barrie for the summer….skating, hockey, theatre camp!! She will be practicing before she performs of course!! I will keep you updated!! Looks like fun!!
